This is the build log of my ZMR250 Quad.
It’s my first build so be gentle while you judge my soldering skills.
Also the wiring is really messy but I will all sort that out once my FPV gear has arrived.
I intend to shorten the wires, move the ESC to the arms of the quad and remove all unused plugs.
Beside that I also have to get rid of the GoPro’s protective case but I do need some sort of lens protection.
I haven’t figured out which way to go with the lens protector but I’ll keep you guys updated if I find something to protect the lens.
The ZMR250 frame looks really solid and I’ve already had a pretty bad crash with it.
It dropped from about 20 meters high on asphalt and it hit the ground with one of the arms first but it doesn’t show a scratch!
The only damage I have is a little scratch on the painting of one of the DYS motors so I’m really impressed how solid the ZMR250 frame is.
The ZMR250 also has plenty of space for all your equipment although I don’t have any FPV gear installed yet.
The FPV gear is on its way from China as we speak and I expect it soon to arrive. Once it has arrived I’ll post a full step by step build log how to wire everything up so check back soon for any updates!
The complete setup I fly with is as follows:
ZMR250 Carbon Frame
